Chris has experience in residential sales, development and land speculation, ranches, and vacation home investments, making him a great “go-to” Realtor for a plethora of advice in buying and investing in real estate. Chris lives by a motto given to him over 20 years ago by his (then) broker who said “You can make a good living helping people buy and sell real estate but you can create wealth by investing in real estate“.
